Cancellation

You can cancel your Grizzly Signal subscription at any time, from inside your account or by emailing us from your account email. Cancelling is as easy as signing up.

When you cancel, your subscription stops renewing. You keep the service through the end of the billing period you've already paid for, and you won't be charged again after that.

Refunds

Monthly subscription fees that have already been paid are not refundable, credited, or prorated. When you cancel, you keep access through the end of the current paid month rather than receiving a refund for the unused portion.

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable once we begin work on your setup. If you cancel before we've started, the setup fee is refunded in full. Once work has begun, the setup fee is not refundable, including for later cancellation or dissatisfaction with advertising results, because the setup work is delivered up front.
